Wondering

Sometimes I think about the way things used to be
Had it all figured out when I was two or three.
Then I made some mistakes that I regret
Let some things in my mind I wish I could forget

I try to do what the Savior said, but I slip all the time on the path he led

I’m just wondering if there’s more to life than what I see

And just when I think these prayers are in vain
I feel this power in my heart that relieves my pain
So please let these words get past your brain

For I know that our fathers love is real
